Keyboard Shortcuts

There are no specific keyboard shortcuts. However, most web browsers have keyboard shortcuts to help people use them more easily and especially to help people with accessibility issues. You can find out about these shortcuts and accessibility aids in the Help for your preferred web browser. You can usually get to "Help" by pressing F1 or by selecting "Help" from a menu on your browser.

For example:

  • In Internet Explorer, choose the "Content and Index" option of the Help menu. In the Help window, choose the "index" tab. Where it says "Type in a Keyword to find:", enter the word "Keyboard" and you will see there is help on both shortcuts and accessibility
  • In Firefox, choose the "Help contents" option of the Help menu. In the Help window, choose "Search". In the search box, type the word "Keyboard" and press the Search button, you will see help on shortcuts. If you type the word "Accessibility" into the search box and press the Search button, you will see help on accessibility

Increasing the font size

You can increase the font sizes on most browsers by selecting the "View" menu of the browser you use, selecting the "Text Size" option, and then selecting the text size you wish to use. If the browser you use has no View menu or the view menu has no "text Size" options, then go to the Help for the browser you use and try to search for "text size" or "font size" - you should then be able to find help on how to change the fonts size.
